Location and Hours
We are located at 29 Green Meadow Drive, on the 3rd
Floor of the Old Smyth Building in Timonium, Maryland.
Our entrance is on the side of the building near the
loading dock door on the first floor.
Please take the elevator to the third floor.
Snow Policy - If schools
get out early and are closed, there will be no afternoon
group exercise classes. If schools
open 2 hours late or are closed, the will be no morning
group exercise classes.
Regular Hours
We have 24/7 secure access for members only.
Our staffed hours are M-F 6am - 9pm, Sat, Sun 7am -
3pm
