By focusing on deep support and
postural muscles, Pilates helps you build strength from
within. This method of exercises aims at reshaping your
body from the inside out by focusing the mind on what
the body is doing.
Monday and Wednesday 7:30pm
Learn the same boxing skills and
techniques as a professional boxer. Class includes
high intensity cardiovascular workout in addition to
strength building by using the heavy bag and speed bag.
Wednesday at 7:00pm and Saturday at 11:00am
An advanced group training experience. Utilizing
multiple drills and a variety of equipment, your
cardiovascular and strength capacity will be tested to
